The Whittle Shortline Railroad offers a variety of hand crafted wooden trains that are compatible with Thomas the Tank Engine and Brio. They recreate many different types of railroads including all major class 1 freight carriers and many different passenger rail companies. They have everything from boxcars to cabooses. These are great for kids who love trains and want to be introduced into the world of railroading. I personally used to enjoy these when I was younger and still have them today. I highly recommend these as a gift for any railfan young or old.
